Wholesale FAQ
- PLEASE READ: Net 30 available upon approval, for established customers. Please do not choose this option when placing your order without prior approval -- it will only result in delays with processing your order. If you wish to apply for terms, please note you will need to be an established YOW customer (at least 1 year), provide bank details and 3 credit references. You may email maria@yellowowlworkshop.com in order to apply. Thank you!
- $150 minimum opening order and re-orders
- We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express, or PayPal.
- All payments will be processed at the time order is shipped.
- Shipping costs will be added to your final invoice.
- Yellow Owl Workshop products may be sold online only in our retailers' own website. Retailers are explicitly forbidden from selling Yellow Owl Workshop products on third-party online platforms, such as eBay, Amazon, Etsy, etc. Thank you for complying with these guidelines.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
Credit Card Terms
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express, or PayPal. We require pre-payment on all opening orders. All payments will be processed at the time order is shipped.
Net 30 Terms
Available upon approval, for established customers. Net 30 customers must pay by check or ACH and maintain a yearly purchase balance of $500 to remain on terms. Late paying accounts will be reverted to credit card terms. Orders for accounts with past due invoices will be held until balance is cleared. Any bounced checks will incur a $20 administrative fee.
Online & Third Party Sellers
Yellow Owl Workshop products may be sold online only in our retailers' own website. We are happy to provide images for your use. Please send your request for images to: orders@yellowowlworkshop.com. Retailers are explicitly forbidden from selling Yellow Owl Workshop products on third-party online platforms, such as eBay, Amazon, Etsy, etc. Thank you for complying with these guidelines.
SHIPPING
REFUNDS
We take great pride in our workmanship and in the quality of each and every item we design, create, assemble, pack and ship. However, mistakes happen and there are times when a defective item might get past the Owls’ attentive gaze. For those rare occurrences, refunds are honored within 7 days of receipt of merchandise on damaged or mis-shipped goods only. Amount will be refunded to your original form of payment or can be held as a credit toward a future order, if you prefer.
