We take great pride in our workmanship and in the quality of each and every item we design, create, assemble, pack and ship. However, mistakes happen and there are times when a defective item might get past the Owls’ attentive gaze. For those rare occurrences, refunds are honored within 7 days of receipt of merchandise on damaged or mis-shipped goods only. Amount will be refunded to your original form of payment or can be held as a credit toward a future order, if you prefer. Refused packages will be charged full shipping and handling charges. We don't accept returns on unsold merchandise.
